Angels Teen Pregnancy Parenting Resource Center

The Angels Teen Pregnancy & Parenting Resource Center provides specialized support for pregnant and parenting youth involved in the child welfare system. The program offers trauma-informed case management, perinatal mental health services, and access to essential resources to help young parents care for themselves and their children.

By addressing the unique challenges of pregnancy and postpartum, Angels empowers youth to build safe, stable, and nurturing environments. The goal is to strengthen parent-child relationships and promote long-term well-being for both generations.

Services are delivered through Enhanced Care Management (ECM)—a Medi-Cal program offering intensive, whole-person care coordination. Angels partners with Medi-Cal health plans including Molina, Kaiser, and Blue Shield to provide these supports.
