Angels Foster Family Agency (FFA) Program
The Angels FFA program recruits, trains, and approves resource parents as Intensive Services Foster Care (ISFC) providers, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to care for children ages 0–5 who have experienced trauma. Our approach centers on early childhood development, attachment, and trauma-informed care—ensuring each child receives the stability, nurturing, and support they need to thrive. Angels Kinship Program
The Angels Kinship Program supports relatives and close family friends caring for children in the child welfare system by providing guidance, resources, and advocacy. With a focus on reducing stress and strengthening families, the program offers in-home support, regular check-ins, and help navigating systems like education, mental health, and child welfare. Angels Teen Pregnancy & Parenting Resource Center
The Angels Teen Pregnancy & Parenting Resource Center provides specialized support for pregnant and parenting youth involved in the child welfare system. Services include access to perinatal mental health care, case management, and resources designed to help young families thrive.
Support is provided through Enhanced Care Management (ECM), a Medi-Cal program offering intensive, whole-person care coordination. Angels partners with Medi-Cal health plans—including Molina, Kaiser, and Blue Shield—to deliver these services.
