FFAs are private, non-profit organizations that are contracted service providers for San Diego County Child Welfare Services. Each agency is approved by Community Care Licensing. Additionally, agencies hold the license and approve each resource home under their licenses. Children are placed directly with the agency which then places the children in approved homes.
