Andrew came to stay with his Angels family in November of 2005. He had been removed from his home due to his mother's extensive drug history and developmental delays.
Andrew’s father had two other children that he did not have custody of. Andrew’s parents were unable to complete their case plan and reunify with Andrew.
Andrew was adopted by his Angels family in August of 2007 and is thriving in their home. He is extremely advanced in his speech and motor skills, and is very well adjusted with his adoptive family.
To Andrew:
