Jeremiah came to Angels as a toddler when his birth mom’s mental health issues became overwhelming. After multiple bumps in the road, she relocated to the Bay Area. J’s forever family fell in love the moment he came into their home. He was their first Angels baby and his path was long and winding. His happy ending came this November, when his adoption was finalized and his Mommy and Daddy became official. What a beautiful and special little guy he is!
